Terms & Conditions

Vouchers

  1. Vouchers purchased from us, both electronic and physical, are non-refundable.

  2. Vouchers have an expiry date which can be found on the Voucher itself.  

  3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be exchanged for the items listed on the Voucher.  

  4. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, prize or giveaway, and cannot be used for any Dog Portrait sessions and viewings already booked or completed.  

  5. All Steve Jones Photography Vouchers include a Dog Portrait session at our studio in Old Basing, and a viewing of the best images a week or two later.  Where a Voucher also includes a complimentary product, both the session and the viewing associated with the Voucher must be attended, with the image for the complimentary product chosen by you at the viewing.  The complimentary image will not be chosen by Steve Jones Photography on your behalf, and images cannot be put in an online gallery or sent to you as proofs to choose from.

Competitions, Prize Draws, Virtual Dog Shows, Offers and Giveaways

  1. Entrants must be over 18 to take part in any of our Steve Jones Photography promotions such as competitions, prize draws, virtual dog shows, offers and giveaways.

  2. Prizes, offers and giveaways:

    • may not be used in conjunction with any other prizes, offers, giveaways and vouchers

    • are not transferable

    • cannot be exchanged for cash or products

    • cannot be used for any sessions already booked or completed

  3. Strictly one prize, offer or giveaway per family/household in a 12-month period.  If a family/household enters or applies for more than one competition, prize draw, virtual dog show, offer or giveaway within a 12 month period resulting in more than one prize, offer and giveaway, they choose one to keep, and either gift the rest to other people outside the family/household after consulting with Steve Jones Photography, or ask Steve Jones Photography to pass the prize, offer or giveaway to other people who entered/applied. 

  4.
